Located at 39 Queens Quay E, Suite 100 by Toronto’s waterfront, Art Hub 27 is home to STEPS Public Art, No.9 The Culture of Sustainability, and Sur Gallery/Latin American-Canadian Art Projects.

Public Entrance to Art Hub 27

If you are visiting Sur Gallery, you can enter through the patio door to your right. You can also visit their website for gallery hours and contact information.

The second-floor offices (STEPS Public Art and No.9 The Culture of Sustainability) are not open to the public. If you have arranged to meet with an organization, please contact them to confirm access instructions.

For deliveries, please bring mail and packages to the Pier 27 concierge.

How to get to Art Hub 27

By Public Transportation

From Union Station:

  • Walk 14 minutes south on Yonge Street or Bay Street, turn east onto Queens Quay.
  • Streetcar routes: Take the 509 Harbourfront or 510 Spadina southbound and get off at Queens Quay/Ferry Docks Station. Walk 7 minutes East on Queens Quay.
  • Bus routes: Take the 19 Bay or 72 Pape southbound. Get off at Freeland St. Walk 2 minutes East on Queens Quay.

From East of Art Hub 27:

  • Bus route: Take the 65 Parliament southbound and get off at Queens Quay E at Lower Sherbourne. Walk 8 minutes West on Queens Quay.
  • Bus route: Take the 75 Sherbourne southbound and get off at Lower Jarvis St at Queens Quay. Walk 4 minutes West on Queens Quay.

 

By Car

From West of Art Hub 27:

  • Via Lake Shore Blvd W: Take Lake Shore Blvd W and continue along Harbour St. Turn right on Bay St and left on Queens Quay W.
  • Via the Gardiner: Take the Gardiner Expressway E and take the exit 155 for Jarvis St. Turn right onto Lower Jarvis St and turn right onto Queens Quay E.

From East of Art Hub 27:

  • Via the Don Valley Parkway: From the Don Valley Pkwy S., take the Gardiner Expressway W and exit 154 toward Bay St/York St. Merge onto Lake Shore Blvd W and turn left on Yonge St. Turn right onto Queens Quay E.
  • Via Eastern Ave: Drive west on Eastern Ave and continue onto Front St E. Turn left onto Parliament St, continue onto Queens Quay E.

 

Parking Options at Art Hub 27

There is no visitor parking on-site at Art Hub 27.

Here are some available paid parking options in the area:

  • Pier 27 Parking Garage, Targetpark (39 Queens Quay E) – Entrance is east of Yonge St on the south side of Queens Quay E)
  • Menkes Sugar Wharf (100 Queens Quay E) – Entrance is on Cooper St on the west side of the building near the LCBO
  • Daniels Waterfront Parking (130 Queens Quay E) – Entrance on Richardson St, north of Queens Quay E
  • Loblaws Parking, Targetpark (10 Lower Jarvis St)
  • 5 Queens Quay Parking, Canada Auto Parks (5 Queens Quay W) – Entrance on the south side of Queens Quay W

Concierge and Deliveries to Art Hub 27

If you are a delivery courier or looking for the Pier 27 concierge desk, please head to the next building to the right of Art Hub 27. Packages and mail can be delivered to the Pier 27 concierge.

Condo Parking Garage

Pedestrian access to the Pier 27 parking garage is located around the corner of Art Hub 27 on Queens Quay East.

Art Hub 27 Building Features and Accessibility

The entrance of Art Hub 27 is accessible along Queens Quay East. There is a flight of stairs with 4 steps. An accessible ramp is also available directly to the right of the stairs. The main building doors are power-assisted. 

The first floor of Art Hub 27 has access to Sur Gallery and:

  • Main lobby area
  • Meeting room
  • Elevator or a flight of 17 stairs to access the second floor
  • Kitchenette
  • Washroom
    • Gender Inclusive
    • Single stall 
    • Accessible grab bars
    • Washroom doors are not power assisted
