ARTIST INFORMATION
Carolyn Wong or “Seeroro” is a Chinese-Canadian illustrator and mural artist residing in Vancouver, Canada. Carolyn has a deep love for storytelling through creating vibrant illustrations that represent our communities. She is inspired by the beauty of nature and her artwork is a celebration of both traditional and present day themes in North American Asian culture. Carolyn’s artwork combines colourful graphic elements with dynamic organic forms seen in nature. Much of her influence comes from traditional Chinese paper cut design as well as Japanese watercolour and ink painting.
