About This Project
Our Sanctuary is about the safe space that Mississauga provides and is intended to evoke an idea of a place where all are welcome, can grow and also thrive. The composition pulls visual reference from the architecture of Mississauga’s Civic Centre, the natural world, and items from everyday life. Adrian used scale in a playful way to create a familiar yet surreal landscape where anything is possible.

Adrian Forrow is an award-winning multidisciplinary artist, born and raised in Mississauga. Adrian finds inspiration in the natural world as well as the ordinary moments of human existence.
